01. SENIOR MANAGER – ADMINISTRATION (01 POSITION) – CONTRACT BASIS

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or Business Management which is recognized by the U.G.C.
WITH
A Postgraduate Degree qualification(Masters’) in the relevant field or Associate Membership of a recognized professional Chartered Institute, which is relevant to the subject area of the post
AND
Minimum of 15 years experience at a “Managerial Level” in a Corporation, Statutory Board / Institution or a reputed private institution.
2. Full Membership of a recognized professional Chartered Institution in a related field to the post

Minimum of 15 years’ experience at a “Managerial Level” in a Corporation, Statutory Board/ Institution or a reputed Private Institution.

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Finance or Financial Management (B.com) which is recognized by theU.G.C.

05. JUNIOR MANAGER – PERSONNEL & ADMIN OFFICER (01 POSITION) – CONTRACT BASIS

1. S. S. C./ G. C. E. O’Level with 4 credits. Should also have 2 science subjects passes and 2 years specialised training approved by Government Organization OR G. C. E. A’ Level with 4 science subjects passes or 3 science subjects passes new syllabus with 2 years experience.

NAITA or other approved vocational training with 3 years workshop experience in the relevant field.

National Certificate in Technical (by NAITA)

NAITA special apprentice after completion of special apprenticeship.

G. C. E. A’ Level with passes in 4 science subjects or 03 science subjects in new syllabus and 6 years relevant experience of which 4 years as an Engineering / Technical Assistant.
OR
G. C. E. A’ Level with passes in 4 science subjects and 6 years relevant experience.

UK NDT / JCT/ Equivalent with 3 years relevant Experience in graphite and allied based industries or manufacturing industries and experience in similar capacity will be considered favorably.
